The Application analyzes historical data from Pronósticos para la Asistencia Pública draws (including Melate, Revancha, Revanchita and Melate Retro) and generates number combinations based on statistical analysis and artificial intelligence. MelateBot is NOT a betting service, does NOT guarantee prizes, does NOT predict future results, and has NO affiliation with Lotería Nacional, Pronósticos para la Asistencia Pública, or any Mexican government entity."}, {"title": "3. Nature of Service — No Guarantee of Winnings", "body": "IMPORTANT: Lottery games are games of chance. Results are completely random and unpredictable. MelateBot statistical analysis and artificial intelligence does NOT guarantee, predict or ensure any winning result. The number combinations generated by MelateBot are suggestions based on historical analysis and should NOT be interpreted as predictions of future results. MelateBot is not responsible for economic losses arising from the use of number combinations generated by the Application. The user assumes full responsibility for their gaming decisions and associated expenses."}, {"title": "4. Eligibility and Registration", "body": "To use MelateBot you must: (a) be over 18 years of age; (b) reside in a jurisdiction where the use of lottery analysis services is legal; (c) provide truthful and up-to-date registration information; (d) maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials. You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account. MelateBot reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms."}, {"title": "5. Free Trial Period", "body": "MelateBot offers a 7-day free trial period with full Pro plan access. The trial period is available only through the mobile application. Only one trial period is allowed per user, per device, and per email address. MelateBot reserves the right to determine eligibility for the trial period and to terminate said period if abuse or fraud is detected. At the end of the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service."}, {"title": "6. Subscriptions and Payments", "body": "Subscription plans are: Básico ($59 MXN/month), Plus ($99 MXN/month), and Pro ($149 MXN/month). Prices include applicable VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal; cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are made for partial periods. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to the payment policies of those platforms. MelateBot does not store credit card data; payments are processed by certified third parties (Stripe, PayPal)."}, {"title": "7. Intellectual Property", "body": "All MelateBot content, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, icons, images, source code, algorithms, and statistical analyses, is the exclusive property of MelateBot and is protected by Mexican intellectual property laws and international treaties. It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the service without express written authorization from MelateBot."}, {"title": "8. Limitation of Liability", "body": "TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (a) MelateBot shall not be liable for economic losses of any kind arising from use of the service; (b) MelateBot total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months of subscription; (c) MelateBot does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service; (d) MelateBot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so the above limitations may not apply in full."}, {"title": "9. User Conduct", "body": "The user agrees to: (a) use the service only for personal and non-commercial purposes; (b) not attempt to access unauthorized systems or data; (c) not reverse engineer the Application; (d) not share their account with third parties; (e) not use the service for illegal activities; (f) not attempt to interfere with the operation of the service. Service Modifications and Termination", "body": "MelateBot reserves the right to: (a) modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time; (b) modify subscription prices with 30 days prior notice; (c) cancel accounts that violate these Terms.
